NO.1 Orchards
We pick only the best from the Orchards
NO.2 Entering Cold Storage
All our fruit gets stored into the cold storage within 24 hours of harvest
NO.3 Wash and Disinfect
All fruit is washed and Disinfected with purified water
NO.4 Rinse
Clean fresh water will rinse each apple
NO.8 Picture Data Analysis
All pictures are then used to formula a full picture of each apple. The information is then use to determine the class of the apple.
NO.7 Color Sorter
There is 10 cameras taking 40 pictures of each apple
NO.6 UV ray
Each apple will be disinfected further by UV ray
NO.5 Brush Dry
Each apple will go through sets of brushes
NO.9 Sizer and Sorter
After data is analyze,d each apple is then sent to their designated lane
NO.10 Manual Selection
Workers further select and sock the apple
NO.11 Stickers and Packaging
Each apples are stickered with a hand-gun and put in the box
NO.12 Inspection
Finished product is then random sampled for inspection
NO.16 Finished goods
All finished goods will then enter the cold storage for precooling
NO.15 Scanning Inventory
All boxes have their unique barcode. Each box is then scanned and put into our inventory system
NO.14 Automatic Taping and Strapping Machine
Each box of finished goods goes through automated taping and strapping machine to have an uniform finish.
NO.13 Laboratory inspection
Finished goods also is random sample for finer inspection to conform with CIQ standard
